Bruce and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your help. The turn out at the auction is something only you could accomplish with your outstanding marketing techniques. Your staff was extremely efficient, professional and pleasant to work with. We didn’t believe that you would be able to sell everything and were pleasantly surprised when you managed to sell every item. After being in the business for seven years it was nice to finally deal with a company that showed up to do the job, handled themselves like professionals and kept their promises. All too often, we fail to recognize excellence, honesty and performance. This letter is meant to do just that. I contacted you in January of 99 to inquire about an auction involving a 20-year-old restaurant. Although some of the equipment was well used it brought more than a fair price. Your return calls were prompt and you answered all questions honestly, (several competitors did not.) You made promises, and kept them. You were punctual and prepared at all times; these attributes are very rare in Florida. Your disbursement was in fact several days before your originally projected time, and you even offered to drop the check off as well, but I elected to pick it up as I was in your area anyway. When I did, I was again impressed by your warehouse facilty. You carry an extensive inventory, in a well-organized office with substantial support staff. The auction was well publicized and brought a substantial number of buyers, one from Wellington (Cobblers Restaurant.) Ironically, I ate dinner there on what was once my own table. Do you remember the “Dog-Fight” bidding war over those tables? Your organization will surely prosper and you will help many. You have the right formula.

Your company motto declares “Call us, we’ll sell it.” Well you certainly did not disappoint me or our company. Your staff was able and efficient. Everything you claimed to do, you did honestly and fairly. We were all working under very short notice, however, your company was able to achieve a very successful auction. I wish to thank you and your whole staff. They worked very hard to advertise, tag and sell the equipment. The promises you made you kept and for this we are grateful. I would highly recommend your company to any other business that is considering auctioning their equipment. The fast and professional manner in which you handled this process made it easy for us. I want to thank Mark, David and the entire staff at Lauro Auctioneers for their wonderful assistance in getting our BBQ restaurant equipped. They have a HUGE selection of new and used restaurant equipment at extremely reasonable prices. My husband (Reggie) and I shop there first for our restaurant needs. We have purchased everything from restaurant furniture to freezers. We will visit again this week to check out their refrigerated bakery displays.
